Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Category and tag-based filtering is exactly what I needed, and useful across multiple AI models. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: integration with external tools and data and encourages specialization over monolithic prompts. On balance the feature set — especially workflow design and management — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is quote and document preparation support — handled better than most — and helps agents respond to leads faster. Limited to the insurance vertical is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on quick prompt-based workflow, and simple, low-friction interface caught me off guard. Fewer style options than larger platforms is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and personalized AI coaching and check-ins. Personalized goal setting fits neatly into how we already work, and journaling and reflection prompts removed a step we used to do by hand. Not a substitute for professional therapy, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
