Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Style and scene customization options is exactly what I needed, and integrated editing tools reduce need for external software. I do wish limited fine-grained control compared to manual editing, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Universal data source connectors just works and emotional intelligence adds contextual awareness. Pricing likely geared toward larger organizations can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
