Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Custom itinerary generation is exactly what I needed, and available 24/7 for support. I do wish human support availability may vary by region, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Conversational AI trip planner (Zoya) just works and combines AI planning with live human agents. Less control than building an itinerary manually can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Can I modify or cancel my trip?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation directly through Zenvoya. We offer free cancellation within 24 hours of booking on most flights. Additional modifications / cancellations are dependent on hotel / airline policies. Changes may incur additional charges depending on the airline and hotel policies. Go to the bookings section, select the reservation, and choose the option to modify or cancel. Please contact our customer service, if you need additional assistance.
