Thread summarization fits neatly into how we already work, and automated follow-up suggestions removed a step we used to do by hand. Subscription pricing may not suit light users, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

On balance the feature set — especially covers drug and alcohol awareness — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
