When credits are depleted, you can: 1) Purchase Credit Top-Ups (for example 1,000, 2,000, or 6,000 credits - remain while your account is active), 2) Upgrade your plan immediately for a larger monthly allocation, or 3) Wait until your next billing cycle for monthly credits to refresh. You can still browse Community, organize your portfolio, and use non-generation features without credits.

Usage draws from a separate API credit balance - buy packs in the app: $9.99 (1,300 API credits), $49 (6,500 API credits), $99 (13,200 API credits), $199 (26,500 API credits). Is my content safe from copyright issues?

Cliprise uses AI models from reputable providers (Google, OpenAI, Stability AI, etc.) who train on properly licensed data. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts create original content and don't request copyrighted characters, brands, or trademarked material. On paid plans, you own full commercial rights to your original generations. Always review our Terms of Service for complete usage guidelines.

Can I generate copyrighted characters or branded content?

No. AI models have safety filters that block prompts requesting trademarked characters, copyrighted content, or branded material without proper rights. Cliprise is designed for creating original creative work. Attempting to generate copyrighted content may result in generation failure or account restrictions. What are Cliprise's content policies?

Cliprise prohibits generating illegal content, explicit adult material, harmful imagery, copyrighted characters, and content that violates platform terms. AI models have built-in safety filters. Who can see my creations?

Accepted Answer

PRIVATE MODE (default for new users): Only you see your creations. They appear in your portfolio but NOT in Community Feed. Shareable via direct link if you choose. PUBLIC MODE (opt-in): Creations appear in Community Feed, are discoverable, and can earn likes/bookmarks. You still own full rights. You can toggle any creation between Private/Public anytime. Paid plans get unlimited Private generations.

Can I sell my AI-generated content?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All paid plan subscribers (Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise) have full commercial rights to sell, license, or monetize generated content. This includes: selling art prints, using in client projects, merchandise (POD, t-shirts), NFTs, stock media licensing, YouTube/social monetization, and advertising campaigns. Free plan users have personal use only. You own the output, not the underlying AI model.
