I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is configurable AI personas — handled better than most — and combines human and AI respondents. Quality varies by question design is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Downloadable video output is exactly what I needed, and shareable, social-ready clips. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multi-step process support and suited for multi-step processes. On balance the feature set — especially alternative to chatbot-only solutions — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
