Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Campaign management dashboard is exactly what I needed, and useful across sales, support, and outreach. I do wish voice AI may struggle with complex conversations, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Prospect engagement insights fits neatly into how we already work, and sales pipeline guidance removed a step we used to do by hand. May require integration with existing CRM tools, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
