Where it lags: usage-based pricing can scale quickly with heavy automation. On balance the feature set — especially cloud-hosted browser sessions — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on citation and reference generator, and useful for writing, summarizing, and citations caught me off guard.
