I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on a/B testing for retention flows, and captures structured cancellation feedback caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Role-based access and permissions fits neatly into how we already work, and private deployment for company data removed a step we used to do by hand. May need ongoing maintenance as documents change, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
