Apr 7, 2026Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: agent assist with suggested actions and escalates complex cases to humans. Where it lags: effectiveness depends on quality of connected data. On balance the feature set — especially context-aware response generation — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Tunable tone and pacing controls is exactly what I needed, and developer-friendly API integration. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Apr 6, 2026Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is customer self-service and contact center tools — handled better than most — and targets measurable KPIs like first-time-fix rates. Enterprise focus may not suit smaller service teams is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Pretty happy overall. Training from FAQs, URLs, and custom Q&A just works and quick setup using existing FAQs and site content. May struggle with highly complex queries can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Apr 4, 2026Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on the automation, and it is genuinely easy to set up caught me off guard. The mobile experience lags is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
