Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and conversational interface feels natural. Dietary restriction and allergy support fits neatly into how we already work, and ongoing coaching and reminders removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

    Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is guardrails for input and output validation — handled better than most — and caching and fallback for reliability. Adds an extra layer to the stack is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

    Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on site auditing and optimization suggestions, and automates time-consuming SEO tasks end-to-end caught me off guard. Automated content may need editorial review is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Playwright, Puppeteer, and Selenium support is exactly what I needed, and scales horizontally for parallel browser sessions. I do wish performance depends on target site complexity, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is growth and marketing automation — handled better than most — and covers multiple business functions in one place. May not fit highly specialized industries is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-driven document understanding and learns and reuses logic over time. Where it lags: enterprise focus may not fit small teams. On balance the feature set — especially reusable automation building blocks — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
