Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Q&A interface for research tasks is exactly what I needed, and useful for research and fact-checking workflows. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and simple, developer-friendly API. Built-in embedding function support fits neatly into how we already work, and langChain and LlamaIndex integrations removed a step we used to do by hand. Newer project, still maturing, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: action item and decision tracking and automatic summaries and action items after each call. Where it lags: most useful for teams already using supported integrations. On balance the feature set — especially automated meeting notes and summaries — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on data capture from spoken responses, and hands-free, accessible user experience caught me off guard. Voice may not suit every workplace setting is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Where it lags: primarily valuable for hourly-billing workflows. On balance the feature set — especially daily and weekly time reconstruction view — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
