Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Hosted deployment with API endpoints just works and reduces boilerplate for agent infrastructure. Platform lock-in for hosted components can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: integrations with external services and developer-first API and SDK approach. On balance the feature set — especially workflow and tool orchestration — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on sDKs for embedding agents in apps, and handles hosting and deployment of agents caught me off guard. Less suited to non-technical builders is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and supports custom workflows and tool integrations. Management of agent runs and behavior fits neatly into how we already work, and workflow and tool orchestration removed a step we used to do by hand. Platform lock-in for hosted components, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
