Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI-powered email copy generation is exactly what I needed, and replaces several point tools in the outbound stack. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multi-step sequence automation and replaces several point tools in the outbound stack. Where it lags: learning curve for new outbound teams. On balance the feature set — especially deliverability monitoring and analytics — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and built-in deliverability and inbox rotation tools. Deliverability monitoring and analytics fits neatly into how we already work, and multilingual campaign support removed a step we used to do by hand. AI copy still requires human review, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Personalization using prospect data just works and replaces several point tools in the outbound stack. Learning curve for new outbound teams can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
