I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is password-protected app and site blocking — handled better than most — and simple, focused purpose. Worth the time if this is your use case.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Focus enforcement for distracting apps is exactly what I needed, and useful for breaking compulsive app habits. I do wish strict design may frustrate some users, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Screen time scheduling fits neatly into how we already work, and customizable block lists removed a step we used to do by hand. Doesn't iOS Screen Time have workarounds?
Password Locker as a supplement to iOS Screen Time can thwart any of its workarounds, as described here. If you find a workaround that lets you access undesired apps or websites and we can't resolve it, we'll pay you $20.

Why do you supplement iOS Screen Time instead of being a standalone blocker?
Third-party blockers will inherently have workarounds because they are non-native to the device. iOS Screen Time circumvents such issues.
