Cross-source data analysis fits neatly into how we already work, and churn and expansion signal detection removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires integrations with multiple systems, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is integration with business systems — handled better than most — and potential time savings across operations. Effectiveness depends on integration coverage is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: form filling and data entry and works across sites without dedicated APIs. On balance the feature set — especially natural language task prompts — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
