Pretty happy overall. Analytics on agent performance just works and integrates with common business systems. May require tuning to match brand voice can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for rapid concept and ad testing. Iterative prompt refinement fits neatly into how we already work, and downloadable clips for sharing removed a step we used to do by hand. Subject to usage limits or paid credits, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
