Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and dedicated focus on TikTok metrics. Account and competitor comparison fits neatly into how we already work, and historical trend monitoring removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited to a single platform, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is savings and leakage opportunity detection — handled better than most — and automates time-consuming spend classification. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: customer support for technical issues and self-paced online format. Where it lags: requires payment to receive completion certificate. On balance the feature set — especially covers drug and alcohol awareness — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
