Can I bring my own provider keys?

On Enterprise, yes. Connect your OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google keys and route through your own accounts and negotiated rates. BYOK traffic is fee-free up to $25K a month; above that, 5% applies to the spend above the threshold, which covers the API and infrastructure cost. Your keys keep every platform feature: routing, failover, caching, and the dashboard. BYOK traffic counts toward your commit, but it bills through your provider.

Is there a platform fee?

No. No credit-purchase fee, and no per-seat charge. BYOK is free up to $25K a month (5% on spend above that). You pay for tokens, at or below the list rates.

What happens to unused commitment?

It expires at the end of the billing period. We send spend alerts at 75% and 90% of your commit, so nothing expires without warning. Size the commit to your minimum usage.

What does the commit cover?

Every surface uses the same balance: Enterprise Inference, the Blackbox Router, the API, the IDE, the CLI, and the Agents API. Metering is per token, not per seat, and the contract specifies how seats are treated.

How does the commit work?

You commit to a token volume through a purchase order, and the balance decreases as your teams consume it, metered at the published per-model rates above. Commits are sized so that a director or VP can sign without an approval chain, and then expand. You can watch the balance in real time in the dashboard — and intelligent routing and prompt caching extend the same commit 10–20%, even on closed models.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is the API — handled better than most — and support is responsive. The mobile experience lags is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on the core workflow, and the value for money is strong caught me off guard. Pricing gets steep at scale is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and it is genuinely easy to set up. The automation fits neatly into how we already work, and the automation removed a step we used to do by hand. The docs could be deeper, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Only for a commit — pay as you go needs nothing signed and no conversation. Enterprise exists for committed discounts, dedicated single-tenant deployments, customer-managed keys, data residency, and custom contracts.

What does a forward-deployed engineer actually do?

The engineer writes code in your stack: migration from your current provider, production integrations, eval harnesses, and routing and latency tuning. On Enterprise, the engineer is dedicated to your account, and implementation is included at no added cost.
