I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is tiered plans with commercial licensing — handled better than most — and faster workflow than traditional production. Limited fine-grained editing of stems is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and tracks price changes over time. Route and date-specific predictions fits neatly into how we already work, and historical airfare trend analysis removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited to flight pricing only, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. The integrations is exactly what I needed, and it is genuinely easy to set up. I do wish pricing gets steep at scale, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: smart triage and routing and improves agent productivity with AI assists. On balance the feature set — especially performance analytics dashboard — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
