Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: variety of backgrounds and outfit styles and more affordable than traditional studio photography. Where it lags: less personalization than a live photographer. On balance the feature set — especially lower cost than studio sessions — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and no in-person photo shoot required. Lower cost than studio sessions fits neatly into how we already work, and variety of backgrounds and outfit styles removed a step we used to do by hand. AI outputs may need filtering for the best picks, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on suitable for LinkedIn and corporate profiles, and more affordable than traditional studio photography caught me off guard. AI outputs may need filtering for the best picks is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
