I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is team collaboration on shared workflows — handled better than most — and clean, modern visual builder. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Triggers via webhooks, schedules, forms, and app events is exactly what I needed, and aI agents integrated directly into workflows. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multi-step workflow builder with AI steps and wide range of app integrations. Where it lags: advanced AI features can require trial and error. On balance the feature set — especially human-in-the-loop approval and review tasks — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI agents for drafting, classification, and reasoning, and aI agents integrated directly into workflows caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

What happens after my wind-down period ends?

Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted. Free accounts will be deleted after 30 days. Paid accounts will be deleted after 60 days.

Yes. You can manually delete your account from the account settings page in the product.

What happens to my connected apps, authentication tokens, and credentials?

When your account is deleted, Relay.app’s stored credentials and authentication tokens for connected apps will be deleted. Relay.app will no longer access those apps.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export a zip file with all important data from your workspace The file contains a folder for each Workflow, Sequence, MCP Server and Table in your workspace, which includes: A prompt (as an .md file) that you can copy and paste in other workflow builders and AI chat tools A CSV of run history A JSON file representing the exact structure of the workflow A JSON file per run A CSV of Table data (if applicable) More details on how to export your data here: https://docs.relay.app/workspace-and-account/export-your-relay.app-data
