Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on automated invoice generation and delivery, and personalized, context-aware payment reminders caught me off guard. Best suited for businesses with recurring invoicing needs is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and automates repetitive AR and collections tasks. Automated invoice generation and delivery fits neatly into how we already work, and customer communication across multiple channels removed a step we used to do by hand. May require integration setup with existing accounting tools, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: automated invoice generation and delivery and personalized, context-aware payment reminders. Where it lags: limited public information on pricing and customization. On balance the feature set — especially integration with billing and accounting systems — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI-driven payment reminders and follow-ups is exactly what I needed, and personalized, context-aware payment reminders. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
