Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Role-based screening criteria is exactly what I needed, and conversation analysis adds objective insights. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-generated interview guides and automated candidate scoring saves screening time. Where it lags: less effective for highly niche or technical roles. On balance the feature set — especially role-based screening criteria — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and automated candidate scoring saves screening time. AI-generated interview guides fits neatly into how we already work, and candidate evaluation dashboard removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
