Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and covers support, sales, and onboarding in one tool. Always-on conversational assistant fits neatly into how we already work, and workflow automation across customer touchpoints removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires setup and training to match brand voice, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on automated customer support responses, and covers support, sales, and onboarding in one tool caught me off guard. Requires setup and training to match brand voice is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
