Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: compliance and reporting exports and aI-generated, realistic phishing scenarios. On balance the feature set — especially automated simulation campaigns — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

No. Simulations are indistinguishable from real attacker emails. You can choose to debrief users immediately after a click with a teachable moment, or stay silent and use the data internally — it's up to you.
