Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on email-based deal delivery, and simple request-based workflow caught me off guard. May not beat last-minute deal sites in every case is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and simple request-based workflow. Considers dates, length of stay, and flexibility fits neatly into how we already work, and email-based deal delivery removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is user approval before booking — handled better than most — and simple request-based workflow. May not beat last-minute deal sites in every case is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Pretty happy overall. Email-based deal delivery just works and automates time-consuming price negotiations. May not beat last-minute deal sites in every case can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: considers dates, length of stay, and flexibility and can surface discounts below public rates. Where it lags: may not beat last-minute deal sites in every case. On balance the feature set — especially custom offer submissions per property — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
