Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: printable black-and-white output and printable output suitable for home or classroom. On balance the feature set — especially browser-based, no installation — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on text-to-line-art generation, and no registration or login required caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Printable black-and-white output just works and completely free to use. Limited fine-grained style controls can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
