Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Calendar integration is exactly what I needed, and frees staff from repetitive scheduling tasks. I do wish may struggle with complex or unusual requests, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: calendar integration and consistent, professional phone responses. Where it lags: requires calendar and phone system integration. On balance the feature set — especially 24/7 call handling — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. 24/7 call handling just works and captures calls outside business hours. Voice AI can feel impersonal to some callers can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on small business focused setup, and frees staff from repetitive scheduling tasks caught me off guard. Voice AI can feel impersonal to some callers is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
