I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is model Context Protocol integration — handled better than most — and reduces custom integration work. Requires MCP-compatible servers or connectors is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Analytics and conversation history is exactly what I needed, and 24/7 automated customer support. I do wish interface can feel cluttered for new users, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on noise and walkability insights, and helps avoid post-move regret caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
