Real-time conversation handling fits neatly into how we already work, and unified multi-channel inbox removed a step we used to do by hand. May require setup time to integrate channels, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Style and outfit customization just works and easy to use with simple photo uploads. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
