I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is integrations with business tools and APIs — handled better than most — and multi-channel deployment options. Output quality depends on configuration effort is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is suitable for sensitive content — handled better than most — and privacy-first, no stored recordings. Worth the time if this is your use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is scheduled and trigger-based execution — handled better than most — and reusable subflows aid team collaboration. Less flexible than custom code for edge cases is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the automation and it saves real time. Where it lags: the docs could be deeper. On balance the feature set — especially the dashboard — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Support for multiple content formats is exactly what I needed, and workflow-based approach scales output. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
