Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces ramp time for new sales hires. Live in-call guidance and prompts fits neatly into how we already work, and playbook-driven coaching removed a step we used to do by hand. Real-time prompts can distract less experienced reps, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: workflow automation across apps and no coding required to build agents. On balance the feature set — especially scheduled and triggered runs — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is inline citations and source linking — handled better than most — and citations attached to claims improve verifiability. Quality depends on the sources available to agents is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Pretty happy overall. Agent-style automation just works and no local installation needed. Stored memory raises privacy considerations can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI-generated voices and dialogue, and makes research papers easier to consume caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Python-based scripting via Vizard just works and aI-powered virtual humans for realistic interaction. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
