I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is team and user management — handled better than most — and self-hosted for data control. Worth the time if this is your use case.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces manual triage for small teams. Real-time conversation handling fits neatly into how we already work, and unified multi-channel inbox removed a step we used to do by hand. May require setup time to integrate channels, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Style and outfit customization just works and easy to use with simple photo uploads. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
