I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is support for common questionnaire formats (SIG, CAIQ, custom) — handled better than most — and speeds up questionnaire and RFP turnaround. Requires upfront content ingestion for best results is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. CRM and knowledge base integrations is exactly what I needed, and integrates with major CRMs and business tools. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
