Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. The automation is exactly what I needed, and support is responsive. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: natural language search across conversations and automatic summaries and action items. Where it lags: requires dedicated hardware for some features. On balance the feature set — especially personal knowledge base with context recall — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
