Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: works on desktop and mobile browsers and runs in the browser with no installation. On balance the feature set — especially min, max, average, and peak tracking — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on specialization in female character portraits, and fast turnaround for character concept ideas caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and tailored to dental workflows rather than generic chat. Appointment-related request handling fits neatly into how we already work, and designed specifically for dental practices removed a step we used to do by hand. May require setup and training data from the clinic, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
