Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI-driven recommendations for managers is exactly what I needed, and helps identify workflow bottlenecks. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on team performance dashboards, and useful insights for managers and team leads caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: integrations with common dev platforms and automated data collection reduces manual reporting. Where it lags: requires integration with existing dev tools. On balance the feature set — especially automated developer activity tracking — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is team performance dashboards — handled better than most — and objective metrics for engineering performance. Insights depend on quality of source data is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
