Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Webhook and API integrations just works and no-code visual builder accessible to non-developers. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on built-in NLP and intent training, and wide range of supported messaging channels caught me off guard. Interface can feel cluttered for new users is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Prebuilt templates for common use cases is exactly what I needed, and no-code visual builder accessible to non-developers. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
