Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on website widget with appearance customization, and trains on your own business content caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: custom training on website and documents and trains on your own business content. On balance the feature set — especially automated visitor engagement — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is website widget with appearance customization — handled better than most — and simple no-code setup. Effectiveness depends on quality of training data is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
