Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on feature usage event monitoring, and useful for small teams and solo founders caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: feature usage event monitoring and keeps the whole team aligned on customer activity. Where it lags: limited to notification use cases. On balance the feature set — especially real-time push notifications — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Feature usage event monitoring is exactly what I needed, and instant visibility into critical SaaS events. I do wish may produce noise if events aren't filtered well, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
