Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and cross-platform availability with synced chats. Custom bot creation with prompts or API fits neatly into how we already work, and shared chat links and conversation history removed a step we used to do by hand. Less control than using model APIs directly, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is custom bot creation with prompts or API — handled better than most — and access to many top AI models in one app. Less control than using model APIs directly is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: custom bot creation with prompts or API and cross-platform availability with synced chats. Where it lags: advanced models require a paid subscription. On balance the feature set — especially shared chat links and conversation history — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
