Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and supports sponsor and fundraising features. Event analytics and reporting fits neatly into how we already work, and participant communication tools removed a step we used to do by hand. Learning curve for first-time organizers, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Live scoring and leaderboards is exactly what I needed, and purpose-built for golf event organizers. I do wish learning curve for first-time organizers, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on online registration and payment collection, and automates registration and pairings caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Can I upgrade mid-event?

Yes — and most organizers do. A common approach is to start on Free, collect registrations, then upgrade to Pro once payments come in from players. Your Pro features activate immediately, so there's no rush to upgrade before you're ready.

What's actually free? Is there a catch?

No catch. The free plan includes registration, payments, sponsor packages, pairings, email communications, contests, discount codes, and Leads Manager — everything you need to run a full tournament. The only features that require upgrading to Pro are Live Scoring, SMS notifications, offline payment tracking, verified handicap lookup, and multi-day event support.

Can I pass the player fee on to registrants?

Yes. You can cover it yourself or add it to the registration cost—your choice.
