Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multilingual conversation support and useful for hands-free and on-the-go use. Where it lags: availability varies by region. On balance the feature set — especially interruption and turn-taking handling — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and expressive, natural-sounding voices. Emotional and tonal awareness fits neatly into how we already work, and multiple selectable AI voices removed a step we used to do by hand. Occasional misinterpretations of speech, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Integrated within the ChatGPT app is exactly what I needed, and useful for hands-free and on-the-go use. I do wish occasional misinterpretations of speech, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
