Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is step-by-step prompts for difficult topics — handled better than most — and covers both physical and digital assets. Final documents may still need professional review is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on guided legacy planning conversations, and centralizes legacy information in one place caught me off guard. Sensitive data requires trust in the platform is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and conversational interface lowers planning barriers. Structured export of planning details fits neatly into how we already work, and digital asset and account inventory removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited jurisdiction-specific guidance, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
