Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is kid-friendly safety guardrails — handled better than most — and affordable subscription for learners. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and affordable subscription for learners. Writing coach and debate practice fits neatly into how we already work, and student progress and activity insights removed a step we used to do by hand. Less flexible than general-purpose chatbots, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Student progress and activity insights just works and free access for eligible teachers. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Student progress and activity insights is exactly what I needed, and socratic tutoring encourages reasoning over answer-copying. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
