Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on appointment scheduling and calendar sync, and faster and cheaper than a human receptionist caught me off guard. Effectiveness depends on integration quality is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: custom greetings and business scripts and handles booking and lead qualification automatically. Where it lags: may struggle with complex or emotional conversations. On balance the feature set — especially lead capture and call summaries — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Custom greetings and business scripts is exactly what I needed, and handles booking and lead qualification automatically. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is appointment scheduling and calendar sync — handled better than most — and reduces missed-call revenue loss. Effectiveness depends on integration quality is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
