Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and drafts replies in a personalized tone. Thread summarization fits neatly into how we already work, and automated follow-up suggestions removed a step we used to do by hand. Subscription pricing may not suit light users, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on smart inbox sorting and labeling, and automates inbox triage and prioritization caught me off guard. Requires granting access to email accounts is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Thread summarization is exactly what I needed, and summarizes long email threads. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is thread summarization — handled better than most — and drafts replies in a personalized tone. Accuracy depends on training period is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
