Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is configurable AI personas — handled better than most — and combines human and AI respondents. Quality varies by question design is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Survey and A/B test templates just works and combines human and AI respondents. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and combines human and AI respondents. Survey and A/B test templates fits neatly into how we already work, and demographic filtering removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on survey and A/B test templates, and customizable persona targeting caught me off guard. AI personas may not match real behavior is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

How long does it take to get my survey results back?

For our most popular option (100 mixed-population testers) you'll get all your results back within around 20 minutes. Results may vary depending on the time of day you run the survey, as well as how many demographic markers you've selected for your survey. For target respondent groups that are very specific, results can take up to a day. No matter when your results roll in, you'll be able to view them come in in real-time from the Helpfull platform.

Can you tell me more about who will respond to my survey?

All of our participants are located in the United States. These testers go through a pre-screening process before they are allowed to participate in surveys, ensuring that you receive a high standard of feedback quality. If a survey response you receive does not meet feedback standards, you'll be able to flag it within our system and we'll take action to review it.
