Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: knowledge graph construction from unstructured data and eliminates the need to build a custom RAG stack. Where it lags: usage-based pricing can be unpredictable at scale. On balance the feature set — especially built-in embeddings and vector search — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on transcription and content extraction, and sDKs and APIs simplify integration caught me off guard. Usage-based pricing can be unpredictable at scale is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: automated ingestion of documents, media, and web sources and serverless model reduces infrastructure overhead. On balance the feature set — especially built-in embeddings and vector search — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. REST API and developer SDKs is exactly what I needed, and sDKs and APIs simplify integration. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. REST API and developer SDKs is exactly what I needed, and sDKs and APIs simplify integration. I do wish less control than a self-hosted pipeline, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
